I pretty much jump at any chance I get to tout Davis, California—partly in hopes that friends scattered about the country will decide to move here.
Today, I’m sharing some of my favorite things about this great little university town on City Scout, a local Sacramento online magazine. We’re just 20 minutes away from Midtown.
Susan Yee of En Pointe Photography took these beautiful photos as we showed her some of the town’s highlights: from hundreds of miles of bike lanes to weekly picnics in the park (March through October) to our very own microbrewery and a growing selection of cafes.
Check out some of my favorites there. If you know the town well, come back here and let me know what you’d add! If you’re considering a visit—or move!—to Davis soon, read on for a few other posts to encourage you (and some more favorite outtakes from the shoot)…
