Faking it





 
A while back, we decided our front door was a little lackluster. So with a handsaw and some crown molding, we added some architecture (and a lot of black paint). It’s hard now to imagine it any other way.

We’ve changed more than just the door–since that grainy “before” shot–but we finally got around to taking a photo of the finished front door at Christmas!
