Aron and I kept exchanging phone calls yesterday to see if the other was seeing all of the amazing comments about our news. Thank you so much! It was a rough day at work, but the sweet notes of congrats definitely kept me smiling.
We really were so looking forward to sharing the news, and it was so wonderful to hear from all of you. Thank you!
We have a happy announcement we’ve been dying to share:
we’re expecting a baby!
A little girl or boy will arrive on the scene toward the end of summer, and we are thrilled. I’m 15 weeks along and have been feeling great.
We can’t wait to meet this little person whose silhouette we’ve glimpsed in ultrasounds and whose little hands have been waving all about. Aron said he or she appeared to be doing the “big finish” of a tap routine when we checked in at 11 weeks (and then he did a little rendition of his own for me when the doctor stepped out and that was pretty cute, too).
Seeing Joanna’s link last week about The World in a Bubble project reminded me of this man we saw at Madison Square Park in the fall, creating incredible bubbles of another sort. We stood there for watching him for quite some time, looking on as these huge bubbles would float toward the traffic along Fifth Avenue.
